About this dive site
Very close to the Port of Tarragona we find the remains of public works dating from the 1960s. These are three large concrete beams, two of them 17 metres long by 2 metres wide and 1 metre high and another 19 metres long. No one knows how Las Vigas in Tarragona got there, as there is no record in the maritime authorities of any vessel that would have loaded or unloaded this cargo. After a considerable number of years have passed since Las Vigas arrived at this location, a particularly interesting submarine biotope has been generated in Tarragona.
